DAVINCI OF GREECE BANQUET ROOM CONTRACT

We require a final guest count twenty (20) days prior to the date of your event. Your final guest count is considered a “guarantee” not subject to any reductions. Your final minimum guest count

isadults, once that is met, children can be added.

All day events 30 person adult minimum.Evening events 40 person adult minimum.

 

LINEN:

Colored napkins & table clothes are available at additional cost. Default napkin and table cloth color is bone.

 

DEPOSIT:

$100.00 for evening events requiring one room.

$250.00 for evening events requiring use of both rooms.

$50.00 for day time events requiring one room.

$100.00 for day time events requiring use of both rooms.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits are deducted from final bill at the time of your event.

 

DECORATING:

Customers are responsible for the distribution and collection of all materials and decorations provided by the customer. All candles must be in an enclosed holder. Open flames are not permitted. Absolutely nothing can be taped, tacked or nailed to the walls. No exceptionsPLEASE NOTE THAT BIRDSEED, GLITTER, CONFETTI, RICE AND SAND MAY NOT BE USED. If used a $50.00 clean-up fee will be applied to your final bill.

 

DESSERTS:

A dessert of your choice may be brought in with a one-time charge of $10.00. All cakes and pastries must come from a Monroe County Health Department approved baker. Homemade desserts are not permitted.

 

TAX EXEMPT STATUS:

If you represent a tax-exempt organization, please submit a copy of your tax-exempt letter or certificate along with your signed contract. If proof is not provided, Davinci’s Restaurant will charge applicable taxes.

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Final payment is due byCash or Check Only. $50.00 charge for all returned checks.

 CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR FINAL PAYMENT..

6% FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO FINAL TOTAL IF CREDIT/DEBIT CARD WILL BE USED.

There is an 8% sales tax & 19% gratuity applied to the final bill.
